Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and are worth the amount stated on the card. They can be used to pay for private commissions only. Prices of portraits can change at any time, so it is highly recommended to claim your voucher as soon as possible after receiving it, as prices may increase after the gift voucher has been purchased. 

Non-returnable, gift voucher purchases cannot be cancelled.
