My waiting list is normally 8-10 weeks, but this can be longer in busier periods such as Christmas. If you want a pet portrait for Christmas please order in plenty of time, I start getting enquiries for Christmas gifts in early September.
If you have left it to the last minute to order your pet portrait I will try my best to accommodate you, but if this is not possible I also sell gift vouchers which have proven to be very popular.
Digital is preferred as it makes it easier for me to adapt the image if need be. Please send them to me in as high a resolution as possible as the detail is essential for me to create your portrait.
I can still work from film photographs if you don't have a digital copy. I advise you to send them recorded delivery for peace of mind. All photographs will be returned with the completed portrait.
With either format it's essential the subject is in focus, fills the frame and appears in natural lighting, with no flash.
Payment can be made via PayPal (you don't need a Paypal account to use this option, as I can email you a payment link) or directly into my bank account. I also accept cheques from UK customers (please allow extra time to receive your portrait) or cash on collection (if appropriate).
I ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which secures the diary time. The remaining balance is only requested on your satisfied completion of the work.
Yes - I guarantee a great likeness and will work with you to achieve that, asking for your input as the portrait progresses. The balance is only requested when you are entirely happy with you pet portrait.
